Error Migrating Database: "Could not complete because the job "Run SQL Script sspm_ins_aux.sql" failed" (Doc ID 2333101.1)

Symptoms



When attempting to migrate from Oracle to SQL Server during adding constraints,
the following error occurs.

[WARN] [2017-10-18 07:07:26] [USER] Could not complete because the job "Run SQL Script sspm_ins_aux.sql" failed.
com.primavera.database.tools.DatabaseToolException: The ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "fk_proj_project_etl_list". The conflict occurred in database "P6_PROD", table "dbo.PROJECT", column 'proj_id'.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run migrate.bat
2. Choose to migrate from Oracle to SQL Server
3. See error during "adding constraints" section of the wizard.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot migrate from Oracle to SQL Server.
