Policy Link Is Missing after Saving Client Changes When the Client Screen Is Accessed through a Role

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When accessing the client screen by selecting "Go To Client" on a Role; the Policy link remains on the left navigation menu.
When you select Save on the Client Screen the Policy link disappears.

Expected Behavior
A user should be able to edit the client, address, process client level activities, add comments, etc within the context of the client and still return to the policy.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to a policy role screen
2. Select Go To Client link for a client assigned to a role
3. Edit a client field, Save
Policy link disappears.
