Symptoms
The Crew Shift Route map displays the sequence numbers for the Crews route, but this information fails to display on the CDI Map. Without this information, the Crew's route on the map is not useful. Dispatchers have no way to tell which way the Crew is heading next. The only option is to right click on each Activity on the Scheduling Gantt, click Show on Map, and see where that Activity is located. They have to repeat that for the next 3-4 Activities, so they can get an idea which direction the Crew is going.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open a planned or active Crew Shift in MWM
2. Click the Route tab
A map is displayed showing both the planned and actual route with sequence numbers on each stop
3. Open the CDI and the CDI Map
4. Right click on the same Crew Shift and click Show Route on Map
Route displayed shows the stops and the lines in between, but without any sequence numbers
