Supporting Documents Not Opening, Getting "The webpage cannot be found"

Symptoms

Supporting documents with two consecutive periods in their name are not opening from the supporting document tab in GSM. Removing the document and re-adding without the periods will resolve the issue.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a new supporting document with two consecutive periods in his name (e.g.: test..new.pdf).
  2. Click on the link to open it.
  3. Notice the webpage will appear stating: "The webpage cannot be found".
