The "LOAD_PLAN_REALTIME_GLOBAL" Global Load Plan Is Showing a State of 'N/A' and Is Not Running

Symptoms

Using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for Data Warehouse ETL:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The LOAD_PLAN_REALTIME_GLOBAL Global Load plan fails after three consecutive attempts, causing the Global load plan (which publishes global data from P6 to Data Warehouse) to stop running.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The LOAD_PLAN_REALTIME_GLOBAL Global Load plan continues running indefinitely.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

No errors are returned within the Data Warehouse web-based ETL application for these real time load plans, so investigation into the error causing the failure must be done with the Cloud hosting team using the ODI studio.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Data Warehouse Web ETL application (http://host:port//p6rdb)
2. Select staretl1 > Status
3. Note the LOAD_PLAN_REALTIME_GLOBAL Global Load plan is showing a status of N/A and a number of retries 4 of 3 (causing the load plan to fail)
