What If Allocation Creates PO Without Checking Stores Source Method (Doc ID 2333728.1)

Goal

In ITEM_LOC the Items source method is Warehouse.  When a user tries to create PO from What If Allocation with selection of Direct to Location, the PO gets created. Why is the PO creation being allowed when the Stores DEFAULT sourcing method is not the warehouse. Items that are Warehouse source method should only be allowed for PO with WH and Item having source method as Supplier should only be allowed with PO type Direct to Location not the warehouse.
