Unifier Activity Updates Are Not Pushed Back to P6 When Updating via Gateway Synchronization (Doc ID 2333858.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Unifier Activity % complete update is not reflected in P6 EPPM activity % complete column.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activity % complete should be reflected in P6 EPPM activity % complete column.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to in Unifier Project User mode, go to related BP.
2. Create new BP record with the following values,
  - P6 Activity: xxx
  - Actual Start: 23/11/2017 03:20 PM
  - Activity % Complete: 40
3. The new values of 'Actual Start' and 'Activity % Complete' are reflected in 'Schedule Manager' > 'Activity Sheet'.
4. In P6, the activity has the updated value for 'Actual Start' (23-Nov-17) but 'Activity % Complete' is still 0.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot see the updated P6 activity percent complete value in P6.
