Detail Form New Tab Name Does Not Refresh On Business Process Form

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Detail Form tab new name is not refreshed on business process form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Detail form tab should be refresh on business process form either new record or existing records.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to : Company Workspace Admin mode > uDesigner > Impacted Business Process (BP) Name
  3. Ensure the Status is Draft and open the impacted Detail Form
  4. Rename the Tab
  5. Run an Error Check, switch the Status to Complete and Deploy the BP
  6. Navigate to some User mode workspace and open a record of the same BP type
  7. Notice that the tab name has not been changed

Due to this issue, users cannot refresh tab name on business process form.
