Jurisdiction LOV Shows Duplicate Data When User Language Is Not Primary Language

Symptoms

When clicking on the Jurisdiction LOV on the address screen, system is returning duplicated jurisdictions-elements if the User Language (e.g. 12 = PT-BR) is different from the RMS primary language (e.g. 1 = English).


Steps:
1- Login using a user with LANG = Primary Lang.
2- Open ADDR screen.
3- Open the Jurisdiction LOV for a given Jurisdiction.
4- Jurisdiction only showing one record in the LOV
5- Login using a user with LANG != Primary Lang
6- Open ADDR screen.
7- Open the Jurisdiction LOV for a given Jurisdiction
Note Jurisdiction shows two records in the LOV for the same entry.
