Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When navigating to the P6 website: http(s)://host:8203/p6/action/useradministration

The User Access applet screen is blank and white

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the applet to load and allow the ability to administer users

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to EPPM, log in
2. Go to Administer - User Access
3. See the shell, but the interior window is white and blank

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot administer users.
