Incorrect Item Description Gets Populated In Document Creation Screen (Doc ID 2334327.1)

When adding items to an invoice, if you type the item in rather than doing a search, the incorrect item description is displayed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ReIM application
2. Navigate to Tasks> Document Maintenance> Create Document
3. Fill the header level details with tax detail code as E0 and click 'save and continue'.
4. Detail screen will open
5. In items tab, click '+' and Add item.

Observe incorrect item description is added
