Error 'Please Select Valid Filter Criteria' when Assigning Filters for Team Member

When attempting to save a new filter or edit an existing filter while assigning a Team Member filter in P6 Web, the following error occurs:
Please select valid filter criteria
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In P6 Web, navigate to Administer > User Access.
- Select the user associated with an existing filter or to whom a filter will be assigned.
- Add the column Team Member Filter to the view if necessary.
- Double click on the ellipsis '...' in the Team Member Filter column.
- In the Filter dialog, either Add a new filter or Update an existing filter.
- Click the Save button.
- The reported error message displays.
