Rel In Status 8192 And Requests Taking Long Time

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Event Management
The pin_rel takes long time to process crd files, and it get stuck with status 8192 in batch_t.
This only happens on one out of 3 BRM schemas. Most of the other treatments that use the database are also taking long time on this schemas.
