Not All Billable Charges Are Getting Picked By The BSGENREG Base Billing Job

Symptoms

On : ORMB 2.5.0.3.0 version, BI - Billing

The BSGENREG batch is only picking a few and skipping the other billable charges which are eligible for Bill Segment Creation


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not all Billable Charges are getting picked by the BSGENREG Base billing job.
The Batch picks up records partially on multiple runs.
If we run the BSGENREG batch then in the 1st run it picks up few billable charges for processing,
then on again running the batch again it picks up few billable charges which ideally should have been picked up in the first batch run itself.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All Billable Charges eligible for Bill Segment Creation should be picked by the BSGENREG Base billing job in a single run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run BSGENREG Base billing job.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
The Billable Charges are not picked up and hence the Bill Segments are not getting generated within the given SLA.
These Billing batches are run for generating Bills in cycles.
It is Very Critical issue as we are not able to proceed without running these batches.
