CCS Voucher Partitions Fail to be Dropped when Expired (Doc ID 2334776.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller - Version 6.0.0 to 12.0.0.0.0 [Release 6.0 to 12.0.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C), an issue exists with the management of the database partitions related to the voucher subsystem where regardless of what is configured in the screens (Services → Voucher Manager → AVD Configuration → Keep Redeemed Voucher For [#] Weeks), the partitions are never dropped and continue to build up.

It is expected that only the partitions holding the redeemed voucher information are only kept for the configured number of weeks after which they will be deemed expired and dropped.
