Using Corporate Rule 'Allocate To' Parameter Is Setting Gross Need To "Y" Instead Of Net Need (Doc ID 2334927.1)

Symptoms

When user is trying to create an allocation using ‘Demand Source’ as ‘Corporate Rule’.
The corporate rule which user is trying to use has ‘NET_NEED_IND’ set to Y. When calculating the allocation the ‘Calculation parameter’ ‘Allocate to’ is getting set to ‘GROSS NEED’ instead of ‘NET NEED’

Steps To Reproduce: 

   1. Create an Allocation.
   2. Use Corporate Policy when creating an Allocation.
   3. Make sure allocate to is set to Net Need.
   4. Calculate the Allocation.

       Noticed that when calculating the allocation the ‘Calculation parameter’ ‘Allocate to’ is set to ‘GROSS NEED’ instead of ‘NET NEED’.
