Symptoms
When attempting to configure the Unifier Provider deployment in an On-Premises Gateway and test the connection to Cloud Unifier, the following error occurs.

Error in Connection. Verify connection parameters and try again.
The response was: Connection unsuccessful, Please verify the XML configuration. Connection unsuccessful, Please verify the Unifier configuration. unsupported protocol: httpthe specified server.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log on Gateway.
- Navigate to Configuration -> Deployments. Edit an Unifier Provider deployment.
- Enter the Short Name, Authentication Code and End Point URL with HTTPS protocol.
- Press the Test Connection button. Above error shows up.
BUSINESS IMPACT
