While Triggering Jobs Via CRON The Batches Are Not Appearing In The Batch Job Search Window (Doc ID 2335244.1)

Goal

Qn1: Upgraded from 2.1.0.5 to 2.3.0.1. While triggering Jobs via CRON the batches are not appearing in the 'batch Job search window' ( Navigation : Main Menu>>Tools>>Batch Job submission>> search with completed ID ) but while checking in batch run statics it can be seen as completed ?
 
Qn2: How can you find the batch ID from the back end or application?
