Java PX Event Returning Hyperlink Leads to False Hyperlink

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Java PX event return message including Hyperlink but when user click the hyperlink, the browser will not be directed to that hyperlink.
False hyperlink is set which includes something like

http://xxx.xx.xxx.com:7001/Agile/"http://abcd.efg.com"

Above should be directed to

http://abcd.efg.com.

Expected Behavior
Java PX event return message including Hyperlink should be directed to that hyperlink when clicking the link.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a jar file including the following code

  2. place the jar file 0823.jar to <AGILE_HOME>/integration/sdk/extensions

  3. Login to Java Client and setup event

    Event Type : Change Status for Workflow
    Name : yoTestChangeStatus
    Workflow : Default Change Orders
    Object Type : Change Orders
    Status - From : Pending
    Status - To : Submitted

    Event Handlers

    Name : yoTestChangeStatus
    Handler Type : Java PX
    Event Actions : samplepx.testevent

    Event Subscriber

    Name : yoTestChangeStatus
    Event : yoTestChangeStatus
    Event Handler : : yoTestChangeStatus
    Trigger Type : Pre
    Execution Mode : Synchronous
    Error Handler Rule : Stop

  4. Set preference

    Allow PXs to Publish HTML : Yes

  5. Create an ECO : C00005 from web client
  6. Progress status from Pending to Submitted
  7. Error message

    http://abcd.efg.com

  8. Click the above link. it will direct to

    http://xxx.xx.xxx.com:7001/Agile/"http://abcd.efg.com"
