Error 'The System Could Not Process Your Request' When Attempting to Create a New Shell or Sub-Shell (Doc ID 2335835.1)

A generic system error occurs when trying to create a Shell or Sub-shell, either manually through Company Sponsored Shells or by using the Project Creation BP:

"The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems".


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The issue can reproduced by creating a new Project Request record, sending it for approval and when the Administrator approves the Record.
2. This issue can also be reproduced when trying to create a new sub-shell under a Parent Shell in Company Sponsored Shells.
