"There are one or more reserved port addresses for this piece of equipment" Error when Moving Equipment to a new Location (Doc ID 2336079.1)

When the user tries to move a piece of equipment that has reserved port  addresses to a new location, the application prompts the following error .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Select a Network Location in Equipment Inventory and follow the below steps
Step1: Add a Rack type Equipment
Step2: Add a Shelf type Equipment to one of the mounting position on the Rack.
Step3: Open a Reservation Window and Reserve one or more port address in the same network location and for the same shelf that newly added.
Step4: Go back to the equipment Inventory window, and open the Network Location where you added Rack and Shelf Equipment.
Step5: Right Click on Shelf which has Ports Addresses Reserved and Try "Move" to a new Network Location . It gives the following error:

"There are one or more reserved port addresses for this piece of equipment"

The issue has the following business impact:
There should be no reason to restrict the movement of equip if it has reserved ports.
