Width of the Visible Measure Label Column Shrinks Back to Original Size (Doc ID 2336335.1)

Last updated on MARCH 01, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server - Version 15.0.1.4 to 15.0.3 [Release 15.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The width of the Visible Measure Label column in the Measure dialogue box keeps shrinking back to its original size if the Internet Explorer(IE) browser is not in 100% zoom.

The expectation is that the width will remain the same as the last adjustment to it. This works if the IE browser is at 100%, however users typically change the zoom in their browser.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open any worksheet with hidden measures. For example the "4. Review Store Status (Division)" worksheet in "Branch Merch Location Forecast" workbook.
2. Zoom in the IE browser from 100% to 125%.
3. Open the Measures Dialogue box.
4. Adjust the width of the Visible Measure Label column so that it will show the whole name of the measure.
5. Select a hidden measure and move it to visible measures. You will notice that the width of the Visible Measure Label column goes back to its original width. The expectation is that the width will remain the same as the last adjustment of it. This works if the IE browser is in 100%
