Stock Count does not Extract Items in Status 'Q' - Auto-Stockable and Status 'C' - Discontinued

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, the stock count does not extract items in Status 'Q' - Auto-Stockable and items in 'C' - Discontinued.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Make sure item A is in status 'Q' in item table, Item B is in status 'A' in item table and status 'C' in store_item table.
- Create product group with "Active" checked and "Discontinued" unchecked.
- Include both item A and item B and schedule it.
- Extract the stock count. Observe that both item A and item B are not extracted.
