Symptoms

On : 7.3.0.0.0 version, Order Lifecycle Management

Actual Behavior 
---------------
The value of OLI level PONR is randomly getting updated to SOFT due to which tasks which are not supposed to execute in Amending state are getting executed in normal Do mode.

Expected Behavior
-----------------------
It is not expected that the order PONR to be updated to SOFT randomly
