FTP Screens Get 'Error While Loading The Page' After Struts Upgrade to 2.3.32 / 2.3.34 (Doc ID 2336848.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 8.0.4, in an environment where Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation (FSDF) 8.0.4 is installed also, when users are creating definitions for Transfer Pricing Rules, after a certain period of time the screens start throwing the following error:

Error while loading the page

The error appears randomly.  It also appears in other screens like the Cash Flow Edits screen.

At the time the error occurs, in the Tomcat catalina.out, the following error appears:

These errors can be resolved if the web server is stopped and re-start but they start appearing randomly again after a few minutes.
