Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.2, when running a Ledger Stat to Instrument table Dynamic Driver Allocation, users get the following error sporadically:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found! Oracle Error:
ORA- 00942: table
or view does not exist Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute() SQL
Statement: TRUNCATE TABLE GLBL18718TMP

and

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [8] -
DROP TABLE Oracle Error: ORA- 00942: table
or view does not exist Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute() SQL
Statement:
DROP TABLE GLBL18718TMP

A global temporary table is not used in the Allocation "merge" SQL and is never created.  As a result, the error occurs when the code tries to drop it.

The error only occurs sporadically.  Most times the Allocation runs successfully.  Occasionally, the error above occurs.  The error occurs in many different Allocations.
