Incorrect Return Flist From Dm_vertex In Case Of Tiered Tax Rate Application By Vertex

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a tiered taxation is applied by Vertex, the return flist from dm_vertex is combining the taxes for both the tiers into one. For example for Arizona the district tax is a tiered tax that applies two different rates one for the amount > 10000 and the other < 10000. Vertex is returning correct separate information for both the tiers but when the return flist from dm_vertex is combining both of them together with the calculated percentage.

It would be helpful if the return flist provides the exact breakdown as returned from vertex.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create the customer with US address where the address is from Arizona, that has tiered tax application rule.
2) Add the product that generates the charge of greater than $10000 and is taxable in US.
3) Bill the customer so that the charges generated are taxed and billed.
4) Vertex returns the following information in case of tiered rates:
