TW_comments are not displayed in Planner UI
The Planner UI contains a Time Window applet. One of the displayed fields is a comment field. I think this displays the value TW_comment from the database.
However this field shows blank in the UI even if the data is populated in the database. Also, this field cannot be updated and saved via the UI.
The data is visible in hip files.
This defect affects all users and has a significant impact upon a new business process that requires us to identify the internal 'type' of time window we are sending to ORS.
