Unable to Save Server Details in OFSAAI 7.2 After Cloning - The Transport Protocol thread failed Key Exchange Errors (Doc ID 2338124.1)

On OFSAAI 7.2.12, not able to save db server, APP server and web server details under system configuration after cloning.  The following error is found in the $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/logs/i18nfw.log file:

[05 Oct 02:26:38][TransportProtocolCommon] - The Transport Protocol has been stopped

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
i. Login to OFSAA application
ii. Go to System Configuration> Server Details > Database server.  The Database Server Details hasthree tabs i.e. Technical metadata, Business metadata and staging area.
iii. Drive will be auto populated with : app/weblogic/ofsaa/ftpshare/
iv. Click on Modify and enter the password of Unix server in all three tabs and click on save
v. A popup message appears to confirm change can be saved
vi. After clicking 'OK', there is no confirmation on saving the password and the page does not return


 Newly cloned instance.
