Unable To Delete Item Ticket in RMS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is unable to delete Item ticket in RMS.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete Item Ticket by clicking the 'x' icon.
2. Click on Save and Close button.
3. Try to open the same Item ticket, it was not deleted.
