Divadirector: Restore Issue due to the DIVAdirector server IP changed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The restore requests are not processed in the DIVA Director (DD).
When trying to connect to DIVArchive, the error message returned the following message:
'No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it IP:PORT'
Cannot connect to DIVArchive.
The Event Viewer will show:
