ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Proport procedure takes up to 4 hours . The mdp_matrix is 1.2 million rows with approximately 600K live combinations.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Proport procedure should be faster.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to demantra schema using some SQL Tools like SQL Developer.
2. Execute proport procedure.
It takes up to 4 hours.
