Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When utilizing multiple screens and accessing P6 Web from the secondary screen, the Time Periods and Timesheets options do not display in Administer | Application Settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Timesheets and Time Period options to be available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Administer | Application Settings.
3. Timesheets and Time Periods will not be available.
