PS18 - Long Execution of Patch Installation ThirdParty

On : version, Infranet Install

During the installation of ThirdParty from patch MPS1 and PS18, the uninstaller has not finished and the user has killed it on uninstaller creation after 2 hours.
How to make sure that killing this process during this step (uninstaller creation) will not make any rollback of installed modules?
How to verify what has not been not executed?
