Symptoms

Issue: Delivery Type and Person Contact dropdown field Selections are blank in Customer Preference Page

Test Data Requirements:
- Account with full V
- Person with person contacts:
- Personal Email
- Business Email
- Person must be allowed for communication preference
Steps to replicate:
1. Login CCB
2. Search Account ID
3. In Account page, Go to Account Portal Tab
4. In Subscription reference section click the Add Contact Preference Button
beside the Payment Received Communication Preference
5. Communication Preference Page will be displayed
6. Click the Delivery Type and Person Contact Drop down button
Expected:
Delivery Type: Email and SMS selections will be displayed
Person Contact: Available Person contacts selection will be displayed
Actual:
Delivery Type: No Selections displayed
Person Contact: No Selections displayed
