Getting error "UIComponent Is Null" In the Item Supplier Countries Of Manufacture Screen

When attempting to change the primary country in the Item Supplier Countries of Manufacture screen and click save, the following error occurs.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to Items > Manage Items.
2. Select an existing Approved Item > Click Search.
3. Go to Actions > Edit.
4. Go to More Actions > Suppliers.
5. Go to Actions > Countries of Manufacture.
6. Change the Primary Country from US to HK.
7. Click Save.
Note the above error.
