Realtime Pipeline Failure For Discount On Custom Cycle Event (Doc ID 2339420.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Pipeline Manager

The user have a custom cycle forward event "/event/billing/product/fee/cycle/cycle_forward_monthly/basepkg" (extension on OOB class). When configure a realtime discount on this event (10% on the cycle forward fee), the discount is not applied in the pipeline. See below error in the discount trace

The same configuration works in 7.5PS15.
