Symptoms

Reason Code screen not visible even though the view and search Reason Code privileges are assigned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create new custom application role.
2. Assign the User group to the application role.
3. Assign the Search and View Reason Code privileges to the custom application role.
4. Login to the instance and navigate to Foundation .
5. Reason code link not visible.
