Symptoms

Issue:

While performing bill level adjustments in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) publish error is reported in ecs logs.

Scenario:


Steps to reproduce :

  1. create parent account PA (paytype 10001)
  2. create child account CA (paytype 10007)
  3. create services for child account
  4. purchase products on child services
  5. generate normal parent bill and invoice
  6. perform bill level adjustment on parent account bill, during the publish of the bill level adjustment details to ECE the said error is obtained
