Exception Error While Accessing Location Move Screen

When attempting to access the maintain location move screen in Retail Price Management (RPM), the following error occurs:

"Error executing service call: No row with the given identifier exists: [com.retek.rpm.domain.zonestructure.bo.ZoneImpl#14]"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Sign on to RPM
   2. navigate: Zone Structure > Maintain Location Move
   3. observe fatal exception when clicking on Maintain Location Move
