select * from ALL_SEQUENCES
where SEQUENCE_OWNER = 'ARGUS_APP' or SEQUENCE_OWNER = 'ESM_OWNER';

All the sequences used by ARGUS_APP and ESM_OWNER have CACHE_SIZE = 0.

Why is the CACHE_SIZE set to 0 for these sequences?
