Search Button Not Working For Characteristics With FK Value In Report Submission (Doc ID 2339946.1)

Symptoms

A custom report was created in MDM where one of the parameters has to reference the existing TOU Map Types to make it easier for the customer to select values. However, the search button on the Report Submission page does not work for FK characteristic types.
