NMS Performance is slow
On November 28 from 2pm to 3:20pm, operators noticed a severe performance drop.
This was especially noticeable when printing a switch sheet.
MTService would also get frequently get disconnected from ISIS during the performance problems.

The nmon report contained this data:
The DISKBUSY tab showed hdisk0 was at almost 100% utilization from 14:00 to 15:20.
The MEM tab showed the system had almost no free memory ( less than 300 megabytes ) from 14:00 to 15:20.
The PAGE tab showed a large amount of paging in and paging out during 14:00 to 15:20.
