RP Plan Errors Plan Status: Error while solving the plan - Engine Log Shows Error Computing Buffer Levels MAX_POSSIBLE_BUFFER_LEVEL error And java.lang.StackOverflowError

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Planning Engine in PROD

Users are on 12.2.5 and have applied 12.2.5.2 patching requirements. They are running an RP plan. However even though the concurrent requests all complete successfully, the UI shows the following error when selecting the Plan name

In the rpengine.log the following error was found

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility Supply Chain Simulation Planner
2. Select Plans, Inputs and Simulations
3. Left click PRD_PLAN to receive error.
4. Running the RP plan again results in the same failure
