Mailbox Folders Are Missing or Previously Deleted Folders Are Reappearing

Symptoms
Users are complaining that folders in their mailbox are missing or previously deleted folders are reappearing.
Steps to reproduce on 8.0.2.0.0
- Enable config option store.mailboxpurgedelay in classic store (8.0.1 or lower).
- Login to IMAP, create users: USER_A and USER_B
- Delete USER_B
- List all folders
- USER_A is not listed, USER_B is listed
Example:
2 list "" *
* LIST (\NoInferiors) "/" INBOX
2 OK Completed
3 create USER_A
3 OK Completed
2 create USER_B
2 OK Completed
3 delete USER_B
3 OK Completed
3 list "" *
* LIST (\NoInferiors) "/" INBOX
* LIST (\HasNoChildren) "/" USER_B
3 OK Completed

Recently upgraded from MS version 8.0.1.3.0 to 8.0.2.0.0 on back end store.
