When ORPOS Is Integrated with AJB (EMV), 102/103 Responses Are Not Printed On Receipts

When Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS) is integrated with AJB EMV, the Application Identifier (AID) is not printed on the receipt.
Steps to Recreate:
- In an EMV enabled environment, make sure that the AJB's response contains the '4f' field.
- Check the printed receipt and notice that it does not contain neither 'Customer copy' (102) nor Merchant copy (103).
