Address ID Field Missing when updating Bill Routing using DTO

There is an existing algorithm from 2.4 CmSuppressGroupCustomerInvoiceAlgComp_Impl that updates the bill routing if the Account is related to a Statement Construct. In 2.6

When updating Bill Routing through DTO (address ID is not changed or updated), it throws an “Address Field Missing”.

 "Address ID missing".
