Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11.3 Patch Set 5 (11.3.0.5.0) is released on 21 December 2017.
This announcement lists the enhancements and fixes delivered in Elastic Charging Engine 11.3 Patch Set 5.

Important:

If you have deployed BRM 7.5, before upgrading to ECE 11.3 Patch Set 5, ensure that you install the following:

  1. BRM 7.5 Patch Set 19 or BRM 7.5 Patch Set 20. For more information, See respective BRM 7.5 Patch Set Installation Guide.
  2. PDC 11.1 Patch Set 11. For more information, see PDC Installation and System Administration Guide.

If you have deployed BRM 12.0 with ECE 11.3 Patch Set 4, PDC 12.0 and OCOMC 12.0, you can upgrade the ECE 11.3 installation to Patch Set 5.
