Goal

How to locate the Concurrent Request file for a LSH Meta Data Report?

Example scenario (where getting the Concurrent Request '.req' log file would be useful) :

1) Reports are not working after upgrading from say 2.2 -> 2.4.7.

2) Below message appears when running any report (say a Work Area report like the Validation Report / no pdf is produced) :

Error: Cannot Display Page

You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data:

* Your login session has expired.

* A system failure has occurred.
