AxisFault exceptions in ASAP for Siemens HIQ switches

Symptoms

On ASAP 7.2.0 version, Siemens Cartridge

AxisFault error in ASAP

Receiving AxisFault exceptions in ASAP for Siemens HIQ switches and the NE is in the connecting state. A Switch restart is taking more time, and after a switch restart, connectivity is available for sometime and again issue is occurring with same exception after sometime.

In Siemens HiQ8000 13.X Subscriber cartridge , when we get timeout issue, no other orders are getting provisioned to NE. Manual NEP restart is needed to re-enable provisioning.
